This policy explains what coveredbyamber.com collects, why, who else handles it, and what you can ask for. It describes what this website actually does. It is not a generic template, and it does not list services this site does not use.

The website is operated by Amber Early, Licensed Life Insurance Agent.

What is collected

Information you send

When you submit the form on this website, it collects:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The state you live in
• Anything you choose to write in the message box
• Your preferred contact method and best time to be reached, if you give them
• Whether you ticked the box agreeing to be contacted

Information about the submission itself

Alongside your details, the form records the page you submitted from, the website that referred you, the time of submission, and any campaign tags in the web address you arrived on. It also records a version number for the form and for the consent wording, so it is always clear what you actually saw and agreed to.

This website is not the place for medical history, diagnoses, prescriptions, Social Security numbers, driver's licence details, bank or card numbers, or beneficiary information. None of it is needed to arrange a conversation. Insurance applications are handled through the insurance company's own systems, not through this site.

Server logs

The hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability, which include IP addresses and browser information. Those logs are the hosting provider's, they are kept for a limited period, and they are not used to build a profile of you.

Why it is collected

• To keep a record that you asked to be contacted, and what you were shown when you did
• To understand which pages and campaigns lead people to get in touch
• To keep the website secure and working

Who else handles it

Your information is handled by Amber Early and by the service providers that run parts of this website:

• The website host. This site is hosted on Netlify, which serves the pages and receives and stores form submissions on Amber's behalf.
• A scheduling provider. If you book an appointment, the scheduling software receives the details you enter into it so that it can hold the time and send you a confirmation.
• Email and phone providers. Ordinary communications services, used to reach you once you ask to be contacted.
• Insurance companies. Only if you decide to apply for coverage, and only the information needed for that application. Nothing is sent to an insurance company because you filled in the form on this website.

Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with lead buyers, data brokers, or advertising networks.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, and no cross-site tracking. Your browser may store ordinary technical information as it does for any website, and the hosting provider keeps standard server logs as described below.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common agreement on what a website should do in response. This website does not track visitors across other websites, so there is nothing to switch off, and it does not respond differently to a Do Not Track signal.

Analytics

This website does not currently use Google Analytics or any other analytics service. No analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live.

How long it is kept

Enquiries and the record of your consent are kept for as long as Amber may need them for the business and regulatory reasons above, including the records an insurance producer is expected to be able to produce. If you ask for your information to be deleted, it is deleted except where a law or a regulator requires it to be retained.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Form submissions travel encrypted. Access to enquiries is limited to Amber Early. No website can promise perfect security, and this one does not.

• Ask for it to be deleted
• Ask to stop being contacted, at any time, for any reason

You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect anything else. To make any of these requests, use the contact details below.

Children

This website is meant for adults. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes are made before the practice they describe begins, not after.
